Going through all my cleaning supplies I have found at least 7 different cleaning kits as well as a healthy supply of individual pieces of kits and other pieces of equipment I have bought separately.
Yesterday I ran across this kit. Hmmm something new (to me anyway)

This kit has really got me interested. It seems like a time and money saver if it works as well as the reviews claim it does.
    Thoughts?

If you don't have any cleaning supplies, it might be worth a look. I prefer what I have ,bought as needed.

I have no lack of cleaning supplies. I have been digging around and have found no less than 7 kits most of which have extra pieces in them I have acquired over the years. The orange squeegee swabs have me intrigued though. If they worked as well as the reviews say, they might be a money saver over a period of time.

I'm guessing you ordered it. Did it come yet.? I like those little squeegee things also.

I haven't ordered the kit yet. I was hoping to get a real world review if the squeegee's work as well as the mfg. claims. If I knew for sure they were as good as claimed I might buy Marc a kit for Christmas. He'd tell it like it is.
Dave, have you been to the gun shop just around the corner from you? I have but wasn't looking at cleaning supplies at that time. Nice folks there.
They might have the squeegee's. If they do, pick one up for your favorite caliber. If it doesn't work I'll send you a check to cover the cost.

No Lynn, I haven't been to the gun shop around the corner from me but have heard good things about them. My friend and neighbor Hal has been there a couple of times and got great service. And then as unbelievable it is to have a gun shop so close to here, on my daily drive "the block patrol" a couple of weeks ago there is now a second gun shop on our block. Great idea though to check for squeegees. Will let you know how I make out.
