P.S. Jason - How are you? I haven’t been on the forum this year, been very busy!
If you should know of anyone looking for a large, high-end trout fishing / deer hunting property, my place is on the market. 440 acres with 1/2 mile of Sturgeon River flowing through it.
I've been doing pretty well, I suppose. Like you, I've been too busy and not on the forum very much, lately.
I was wondering if that was your place that went on the market...there are very few properties with that much contiguous acreage in our part of the world. I'm sad to hear you're selling, but unless you're willing to take $500/acre, it's out of my price range!
I'll spread the word around and see if any of my well-heeled fly-flickers would be interested. I've learned that selling recreational land in an area with tons of it can be a challenge, but having the mix of both on your property should make it a little easier.
