    This a bush in our waterway, has multiple trunks and stands about 6’.

    That’s what I was hoping, but the deer don’t seem to be touching it. Isn’t it supposed to be high on the palatability list?

    No, deer usually will not browse it, but beavers will. People see where beavers hit it and mistakenly think it was deer.
