ML season this wk. I don’t think I’ve missed going this Thursday for 30 years beginning with the old TC side hammer I still have. But had Dad in Hospice this past week and he passed yesterday. With his dementia/Alzheimer’s last 3 years I’ve not shed many tear. He’s in a better place. But certainly he was at one time my main hunting partner.
Life gets in the way sometimes so priorities are important. Good luck to all!!

Sad news dogghr, my condolences to your family. My Daddy died when I was twenty. Hang on to the memories that y’all made, they are precious.

Sorry to hear about your dad. My dad passed at 79 and I thought that still seemed way too young.

Sorry to hear dogghr! It's tough to see our loved ones in pain, but it sounds like you've got lots of hunting memories with him that you can hang on to.

Dogghr, that’s sad news indeed. So sorry to hear and you will be in my prayers.

We got dumped on...30”. Instead of chasing them with the MZ, I spent the time trying to get tractors started (diesel gelled). 1/2 a day later, a1,000’ driveway was done....

Sorry for the loss of your Father.

I also lost my dad at a way to young age, for both of us. He was 51 and I was 21.

Hold on to those memories, they are what keeps you going.
