    Cuddeback CuddeLink Cameras

Pulled my first card on the home unit. Had pictures from all 3 remote cams, including a 150 class shooter at 730am. Wish the range was better but I’m still satisfied. So far, at least

    Cuddeback CuddeLink Cameras

I got about 250 yards and the signal got bad. 50 yards of open hardwood, 200 of thick swamp. The distance is over marketed. Had the camera up since Saturday, that battery situation doesn’t sound good. I purchased 200 lithium’s. I won’t be getting a lot of pictures in this location so hopefully...

    Native Plum from seed project

Throw them whole over loose dirt and cover. Cover 100, I’ll have darn near 100 sprout. Fence if rabbits are a threat. Let them grow a year and ull b digging up 2’ whips. No need to clean them either, too much work and not necesssary

Big, so do u have to wait for the pics to upload on the home camera? Or are they on the camera right away?

    free daily satellite imagery

I used it, I can see the food plot I tilled up Saturday. It’s not updated on the plot I did Monday. The clarity was very poor, my woods looked like a green blob. I didn’t get a subscription just the trial. That might explain the poor quality?

    Cuddeback CuddeLink Cameras

I just purchased the system. $750 with tax from bass pro. I swore I’d never get a Cuddeback again, but this system enticed me.

    Roller crimping

Depends on when u cut it. If u cut it before it gets seed, it will just grow right back. Crimping the stalk kills it, where mowing won’t

Cedar lined closet, ozone closet, or both

I don’t see what advantage the cedar will give you. I run an ozone machine in a plywood closet I keep in garage. Unless u like the look of cedar, I don’t see any other advantage

    Roller crimping

My rye laid down pretty nice with a pass from my disc. It’s not as picture perfect as a crimper but the goal was definitely achieved.

    Roller crimping

I have been thinking about this : how does a light pass from an offset disc work as a crimper? I know it might not lay the rye down as picture perfect as an actual crimper, but a used crimper is impossible to find around here, and a new one runs $5-$6k. I’ve had rye just lay down on the first...

    Whitetail Habitat Solutions

We can chatter back and forth about all the tricks and tactics, but it all comes down to the neighborhood! Unless a consultant has done almost improbable research, there is no way he or she could do a completely through property evaluation. Swamp-ure saying it ure self, what ure neighborhoods...

    Whitetail Habitat Solutions

Swamp-Something I learned along time ago is: if ure goals are unachievable, sell and move!!!! You are describing a high deer density, so an inability to fulfill one of the basic items I described, which is food. If u can’t achieve it, sell and find a place u can achieve ure goals. U might have...

    Whitetail Habitat Solutions

What more is there than supplying the basics of food, cover, water? Hunting smart, access, pressure, hunting funneled stands, etc? If you aren’t seeing deer, one of these factors is an issue. There’s a little more to it but it’s not much more complicated, at least imo.

    Whitetail Habitat Solutions

I had sturgis on my property for a full eval. The cost wasn’t a waste of money. In all, I think it was a good starting point. I probably won’t do it again though. The above posts are spot on

    Hardwood management

I’d let them grow and either hinge cut or fall them when they are bigger

    Coyotes and Nest Predators

Coyotes might not wipe out fawn crops, but they can sure ruin hunts on primo rut days that I work my tail off for. When they are in my river bottom sanctuary which is intensely managed prime habitat, the hunting sucks. If u want coyotes please take mine.
