Any help identifying this plant/weed?

I have planted WMS Pea Patch which is a blend of peas, beans, sunflowers, buckwheat and lablab. I'm having some problems with grasses growing in the fields. Does anyone know anything safe to spray on these fields? I'm thinking Clethodim might be safe to spray for the grasses.

Which PVC is best to use for staking tree tubes. Im probably going with 1/2 inch but didn't know if the white or gray was a better choice. The gray says sunlight resistant , but I can find nothing on the white PVC. Is one better than the other?

Any way to find out who or where the tree in Tuscaloosa county-Alabama is. I live in that county and would be neat to see it

This is what the leaves look like today and a few acorns I picked up under them.

Im not sure what they are, I'm thinking Bur oak by size or swamp chestnut. But I would love for you to send me some of those acorns.

Just wondering what type of oak this is? I think I have it narrowed down to Shumard or Scarlet oak, but I need some help to pin it down

CAS_HNTR, I also got some from Catscratch and I think those were the ones with the radical. I don't think the ones you sent me have popped just yet, but they are all in the fridge so they should be good even if they do..

Got some Chinkapin oak acorns from a member here and when they arrived many already had a radicle about 1/2-3/4 inch long. Will they be ok to just put them in the fridge until spring or do I need to go ahead and pot them and protect them from freezing all winter? Thanks in advance!

Those look like Shumard acorns but I cant say for sure.

I don't have much to offer in the way of advice, but I hope if you build it you will put together a thread on the build for us all to see. I think it is an awesome idea.

Fish they were actually collected last fall. that's why the title said forgotten. I truly forgot about them for about a year. I have some new ones I picked up this fall that I have put in the fridge. So, if these don't make it I have some back-ups.

Oakseeds, Do you trim the roots at all when you replant them or what? I may have missed you saying exactly how you replant them out of the container once you dig them up with the roots being that big.

Yea, I closed them right back up and put them back in that fridge.

I put some sawtooths in the spare fridge a my parents and forgot about them. Was over there today and pulled them out to look at them. Will they survive till the spring to be planted?

I was able to pick up a few acorn this afternoon. I think they are Swamp White Oak but I picked acorns from 3-4 different trees. They all looked the same but the acorns were different. Some had a more flat base and others were more rounded. The underside of the leaves felt fuzzy. Please help me...
