Day Late n Dollar Short...But

When I decided to get myself back in shape a few years ago I started with IF. The results were dramatic. I was 172 lbs and dropped to 148 in 2 months. I was training 3 days a week as well which helped. Something I've tried recently is to push the 16 hour fast to a 20-22 hour fast three days a week. It's actually not that difficult. The cellular health from the autophagy (cleansing the body of dead cells) is reason enough to do it but I've also experienced a fair amount of mental clarity and the deepest sleep I've had in years. Wasn't expecting that but it's a nice bonus.
Dang! How tall are you? This is a picture of me at 208...

I'm right at 6' but pretty lean. Picture is me last week cooling the calves after about 11 miles and 700 ft of elevation.

I have friends and cousins that weigh less than me that look like they weigh a whole lot more...it’s weird. Either they are lying about what they weigh or there is a huge difference in make up...

Must have tried 10 different scales before they got one that read what they wanted;)

lak - Love me some Jimmy Dean sage or hot sausage. Always thought it was about as good a store bought sausage as you could find. But, bout 6 months ago somebody turned me on to Tennessee Pride. Mercy me...gonna have to find some home brew sausage to beat that.

SAGE!!!! Maple & Sage???? I’m not from the north. Jimmy Dean sausage is for Texas men...!!!

In case you don’t get the reference take a moment to listen to this old gem:
