Drop times

I was looking into planting pears or apples and was curious if there was a chart of drop times? If not I'm hoping enough members can give me a idea of when and what will drop fruit during hunting season?

Drop times can vary. What you really want is a maturity chart, as apples will tend to drop after maturity. However how long a variety will hang on the tree after maturity can change somewhat with each growing season due to temps and rainfall.

Thank you, I've seen the maturity charts several places. I've seen trees that hold fruit till it's shriveled (January and February) around herw. I was hoping someone knew variets that fruits drop easily from.
