leak in fimco sprayer tank

I have leaks in 2 corners of a 25 gallon ATV sprayer.

Any ideas on how to repair?

The body shop at the Dealership I work at has a plastic welder. If the guy using it knows what he is doing, I have seen some pretty decent looking repairs made with it. Something to check into.

Leak Seal. That crap works on just about anything.

I haven't looked lately but Harbor Freight sales a PVC welder relatively cheap.

You can get E-6000 at Walmart it is made by same people that make shoe goo. We used bulk E-6000 to install fiberglass pipe support saddles to steel pipe. It will stick to any clean surface. I have used it to fix a crack in a bathtub as well and it was still holding 6 years later when I moved out of that house. Sand down the area patching and use a plastic trowel to apply the E-6000 it is as simple as that.

My wife fixed our two tank leaks with plain old silicone caulk. Worked fine.
