Walton's Blue Ribbon Brats

Rookie at sausage but tried using the Walton's brand seasoning for brats. Used 6 pounds of deer meat and 4 pounds of pork fat. Kept everything super cold while grinding, mixing and stuffing. Its really been a tasty batch of brats, outranking a lot of store bought stuff per other family members.

Worth a look if you are into making sausage. Also made 10 pounds of their green chili brats which were also good though not as good to my taste as the Blue Ribbon version.
