CZUSA or Tikka service

Has anyone here had any interaction with service for either of these companies??? My brother is looking into buying a rifle and is curious about service, and I have no experience with either of these brands...

I have some CZ stuff. Never needed service and don't get the impression that I ever will.

I know some members here and on other sites seem to really like their CZ and Tikka guns. And to an extent I agree in that a quality firearm shouldn't need service...BUT...if/when the time comes...it's nice to know it's there...OR that piece of mind when your making your purchase.

I have 4 Tikkas. Can’t say enough good about them. They all shoot well under 1”. Happy to sayI haven’t needed service. My brother is a big CZ fan…. He’s had nothing but great experiences with a half dozen of them.

Tikka X2.
I know the advice is to buy a tractor from the dealer who gives you the best service, because they will all need fixing sooner or later. However, I don't know that this is necessarily a big consideration in guns. I have done a lot of shooting and only once needed service from the manufacturer (lost barrel wedge on Lyman muzzleloader, they gave me a free one!). If I break a part I just go online and buy a replacement.

In my 55 years of gun ownership I have never had need of manufacturer service. Perhaps I am an outlier but other than recalls I just haven’t had the need.
