I personally like to do buckwheat by itself because I can get 3 crops out of it from 1 planting here in SC. Once the sunn hemp takes of it will probably shade out the buckwheat from any volunteer growth. That’s what I would think would happen. Sent from my iPhone using Deer Hunter Forum

Deer will seek higher ground. There is a 10 day hunting closure about 5 miles from where I hunt in SC due to flooding.
