    Recreating a Deer Woods

You should check with Ryan to be sure. Being unique I wouldn't even venture a guess.

    Recreating a Deer Woods

Native Hunter, Your post is quite valuable to me as I have been racking what is left of my brain trying to remember Ryan's name. An issue with my cell phone dumped all my contact information. When Dave came to my home to get wood from my Crabapple tree Ryan was with him. Ryan and Dave were a...

    Recreating a Deer Woods

It has been a while since Dave's passing but I still think of him often. I looked out my back window this morning to see the Crabapple tree Dave was so fond of is leafing out nicely. The trees we planted which came from Dave's grafting made it through the winter albeit the deer had a few good...

    Laser Ranging Scope

I don't remember where I saw it but not all that long ago I ran across a listing for Burris refurbished range finding scopes. These would be repaired scopes returned for warranty.

    Laser Ranging Scope

I hope they have the bugs worked out by now. Burris has a good following so I'd hate to see their reputation tarnished over one product. I have a couple other Burris scopes (not range finding) which have been flawless. The concept is great.

    Laser Ranging Scope

I hope Burris has worked the bugs out. Not long after Burris came out with the rangefinder scopes my daughter bought a new Browning X-Bolt .308 and my SIL at the time picked out a Burrris Rangefinder scope for her. I helped her sight the gun in and really liked the scope and the concept so I...

    Drone Recovery Service

Why the disparity in what you give to the handler for a buck and a doe? It costs as much to travel and spend time with their dog recovering your deer regardless of the deer's sex.

In the event the deer isn't recovered, does the charge still stand?

    2023 Shed Antler Thread

Want to hunt the property? Do what I did. Buy it. I had a neighbor who owned 100 acres of land across the road from me. He wouldn't allow me to hunt there but we were somewhat friends. I caught word he was having financial problems so I approached him about buying the land. We worked up a deal...

    Recreating a Deer Woods

It's strange how things work sometimes. I woke up this morning realizing today is the first day of spring and remembered how excited Dave would get thinking it would only be a short while before he could get after all the things h e'd been making plans for all winter long. Dave and I had become...

Has anyone checked Ammo prices today?

I'm not as happy as i'd like to be. I checked with one of my sources a minute ago. They have cases of Remington Thunderbolts (5000 rds.) for sale at $699.99. A year ago May I bought the exact same thing for $189.95 plus $14 shipping. I'm waiting.
