I was afraid then Hillary would otherwise grab all our guns but now I know much better.

It sounds like Donald Trump may have stimulated the growth of a lot of burger-flipping, mopping, sweeping and coffee-pouring jobs but precious few professional careers, government jobs and skilled-trade jobs. Might as well stay on welfare or disability. No true incentive to work.



American job pay is not equitable with the cost of living!

The American Dream doesn't mean being a prisoner to debt. We shouldn't be buried in that new truck, cookie-cutter home or car when we die of old age. In 1979 cash was king.


Trump then has to be DUMPED!

I have to vote Democrat this coming November.

I don't need an AR-15 to hunt anyway. A bolt action works just fine for deer and a Bellini Nova pump shotgun works just fine for dove season. We can't vote solely over the gun issues.

Googled and he's just an English actor. LOL. I'm not good at research like my wife. She can have anyones most private info from their whole life in 5 minutes. I've seen her do it. Kinda scary. Anyways, I didn't have time to respond as I was busy listening to the "Ching, Ching " of my investments. :)

VA is always ignored half their state, only caring about the Richmond to DC part. Funny, I live on the WV/VA border and several of the VA counties have voted to establish themselves as sanctuary areas for gun owners. Been some interesting news coverage to say the least. I used to think maybe WV shouldn't have succeeded from VA in 1864 but now I'm glad. Could be an interesting gun rally there next wk. Stop by on your way thru, J. :) And to think Richmond was once the capitol of the South. Dang.
 
Isn't most of VA's population (outside of DC) military who votes for other states? They take up space/housing (and spend money) but don't get to vote for that state. That leaves the big city deciding what the rest of the state can or can't do.

Driving wise the furthest that way I have been was Wheeling WV......it's a VERY different place from the ag plains of central IN and OH that I was used to! If what I saw on FB is correct it sounds like things should be simmering down now in VA....sounds like the politicians finally backed down....some.
 
The OP needs to realize if in fact he does live in Oklahoma he is actually in the reddest state in the US with not even 1 single county being blue in the entire state. Maybe move to that “Lush green forest” in California where he killed a deer many years ago with the best tasting meat ever since the deer somehow never ate acorns...

Cat, look in the “Deer Hunting” section...he started some real Doosy’s over there about how to get a doe in lush green forest but they couldn’t eat acorns because it ruined the meat...
