What's a descent wireless camera?

I'm thinking about getting a couple descent wireless cameras so I don't have to check the cameras as often. I had a couple Bushnell wireless cameras but they didn't always take pictures when wildlife walked past them. Are there any good wireless cameras that work good for a descent price?
Thanks for any information.

I have had a Spartan for going on four years. It is out 365 days a year and never missed a beat. I dont know that you would consider it a decent price - mid $400 i think.

Do those have some kind of a chip in it so you can locate where it's at if it would get lost or stolen?

I run 3 coverts. All 3 have different battery life. lol but no complaints. I had one camera fry because of corrosion leaking into the circuit board. Sent it back to covert and they replaced it with a newer one no question asked.

Lucky you! I've had a dozen or better Coverts to end up with three that "work." If you consider non-stop pictures all day long of nothing, especially when it's hot. Battery life a major issue, especially when they fire one pic after another when it's hot. Night time flash range sucks, too. I'm about ready to give mine away, going with a Cuddelink system. Can't be any worse...

i have a 4g spartan its much better than the 3g yes they are $400,00 i would look at the snyper have two black flash all i read they are not that bad

Be sure if you do buy one get a 4G/LTE

Verizon is ending it’s 3G coverage in 2019 and as of July 1, 2018 you can no longer activate a 3G device

well that is surprising and disappointing, because I'm lucky to get a week 3G or less signal most of my hunting places.

I just got a Covert Blackhawk (Verizon), so I'm just now testing it, jury still out, may need to tinker with sensitivity settings. It's my first wireless, I have one other Covert I love. We once bought 10 for a camera survey, i think two of the initial batch were bad, but promptly replaced, I have had good luck with customer service.
